We will need plenty of chaperones. If it is a possibility to travel with us during the day, we desperately need you. Everyone will need to bring their instruments from home. We need them before noon, for our rehearsal. All Students will be required to take their instruments home that night after the performance. No one may leave his or her instrument at the auditorium overnight. It is the student’s responsibility to acquire transportation to and from the concert in the evening. This is a required concert.  If your child is in need of transportation, please let us know in a hand written note attached to this permission slip. We will do our best to find a ride for you and your child.

11:06 pm  Excused from classes, after "A" lunch
11:15 pm  Load buses and depart for Port Huron Northern’s Performing Arts Center
11:25 pm  Arrive at Port Huron Northern and commence rehearsal.
1:30 pm    Conclude rehearsal and prepare to return to Fort Gratiot
1:45 pm    Buses depart Northern
2:00 pm    Arrive at Fort Gratiot, in time to go home.

5:45 pm     Return to Port Huron Northern’s Auditorium with a parent
6:00 pm     Our Program for parents begins
6:30 pm     Program concludes; Students take all instruments home. Do NOT leave them at the Auditorium

All parents chaperoning will need to have a yearly background check form on file with Port Huron Area School District.  Please, we are in need of parents to ride the buses with us. We must have chaperones.
