Chicago 2010

This trip was again a great success.  Many thanks to our parents and students who helped to make this a trip to remember.

This info is regarding the prior year's trip March 2010

The decision was made regarding this trip.  Parent's meeting was held  on 20 October in the band room at 7:00PM.

We will be taking only 1 bus (52 people).  There most likely will be people on the waiting list at the conclusion of this meeting. The seats will be filled on a first come first serve basis, non refundable deposit of $250.00 is required to reserve a seat.

Anticipated cost  for next year's trip:
$515 Students   $612 Adults
 

Deposit in October-November $250.00 each.
The next payments are due:
Jan 14, 2010 - $132.50 Students / $181.00 Adults
February 11, 2010 - $132.50 Students / $181.00 Adults

Thursday March 25, 2010
Please arrive at Fort Gratiot at 7:00AM Thursday morning and place all belongings in the Gym for inspection.  We will be departing at 8:00am. We will return at 11:15PM Saturday March 27, 2010 to Fort Gratiot Middle School. We will NOT be entering the school to call home. Please have your ride at the school by 11:15PM.

Enrollment forms are available now, before the meeting and may be turned in with the $250.00 deposit at anytime.

Fundraisers:

The first  fundraiser will be sponsorships.  Here is a copy of our  our  sponsor form.

 The Bake Sale could have been during conferences. In the past,  we have made more than $600.00. 

The candy bar sale will began in January. Last year's note that was sent home. 
There has been a change to the money collection.    Please keep 50%.  I will need students going to Chicago to bring in a check or money order payable to Fort Gratiot Middle School - $25.00 for each case and use the other $25.00 to help with the costs of the Chicago trip.  All money needs to be paid by Feb 2, 2010 to enable  timely payment to our candy company.  Candy not paid for by Feb 2 will not be eligible for this 50% option. The full 100% will then be due.
