2011 Christmas Concert Program

This is the same criteria for both the spring concert and the Christmas concert.

Fort Gratiot Christmas Concert 13 December 2011  at McMorran Auditorium 7:00PM
Information will be available here as well as passed out in class.

The Fort Gratiot Spring Concert will be  31 May 2012 at McMorran Auditorium 7:00PM

For Christmas Concert:
All universal permission slips due before December 2, 2011
No student that misses our rehearsal will be allowed to perform in the evening concert.

For Spring Concert:
No student that misses our rehearsal will be allowed to perform in the evening concert.

Recruiting Band (spring concert only)
Depart:
8th grade: 11:30 AM (will ride to McMorran with the beginners)
7th Grade: will remain after their rehearsal (please bring a bag lunch and drink)
6th Grade: will remain after their rehearsal
Return: 3:00PM

Evening Christmas Concert:

Varsity 8th grade Band
Be in Basement lounge at 6:00PM ready to  warm up and tune

Cadet 7th grade Band
Be in Memorial room at 6:30PM ready to warm up and tune

Beginning 6th Grade Band 
Do NOT go  to the basement under the stage until 6:45PM

All students will file in at 6:55, beginners to the stage and 7th and 8th grade to their seats in the audience.  The concert will be approximately 50 minutes and all students are required to stay for the duration of the concert.

All Baritone players and French horn players, and  tuba players need to bring their instruments from home for all concerts. All  6th grade percussionists need to bring their percussion kits  for all concerts.
